Clara Console - President

Clara Console is President of Infinity Learning LLC and leads Business Development. Clara’s enthusiasm centers on offering quality service and solutions that positively affect her clients’ bottom-line. Her extensive business and education background allows her to work with businesses in all industries. Whether it was with her corporate clients, while she was working for West Chester University, Community College of Philadelphia or Delaware County Community College, or with the recipients of her entrepreneurial endeavors, Clara has always and continues to exceed her clients’ expectations.

Clara has a passion for providing excellent customer service. Her experience providing superior customer service includes owning and operating Casa d’amici Ristorante in 2000. Not only was the food delicious, but the attention to details was exceptional. The National Retail Federation and its partners selected Clara to be the first director in the US to manage The Retail Skills Center. The center was located at the King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and opened in 1997. Trainees were recruited, trained and placed to work within the mall. In 1994, as owner of EduLink Resource Network, Inc., Clara provided training services to clients such as SmithKline Beecham, General Electric and the US Postal Service.

Clara holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, an M.Ed. from West Chester University and a BA from Temple University. She was born in Lima-Peru and immigrated with her family to the United States. She is multi-lingual and multi-cultural.


Cynthia Francis - Vice President

Cynthia Francis is Vice President and responsible for ensuring that Infinity Learning’s training programs provide individual and organizational quality improvements that add to their clients'
bottom-line results.

Cynthia Francis' career began in English education.  In addition to her role as a Secondary Teacher of English, she led debate, drama and speech organizations both in the school and the community. She took her communication skills to business and joined Xerox as a marketing representative.  While at Xerox, she created and directed innovative marketing and sales initiatives.  She directed customer service programs and helped redefine the customer focus of sales, service and administration. She joined U.S. Leasing Corporation as Mid-Atlantic District Manager, where she directed sales and designed financial selling skills programs for vendor partners.

In 1985, Cynthia combined her knowledge and understanding of the learning process with her business skills and formed Francis Group LLC.  As president, she and her staff provided clients with custom-designed organizational improvement programs that added to bottom-line results. In 2005, Cynthia brought her expertise of the learning and custom-designed training process to Infinity Learning LLC. She is a co-owner and Vice President and oversees all training.

Cynthia teaches several management and communication courses on ground and online in the MBA and MA programs at The University of Phoenix, PA Campuses.  She has taught Management Communications in the MBA program at Philadelphia University and she has lectured at Villanova University, Eastern University and Ursinus College.
