Cynthia Francis' career began in English education. In addition to her role as a Secondary Teacher of English, she led debate, drama and speech organizations both in the school and the community. She took her communication skills to business and joined Xerox as a marketing representative. While at Xerox, she created and directed innovative marketing and sales initiatives. She directed customer service programs and helped redefine the customer focus of sales, service and administration. She joined U.S. Leasing Corporation as Mid-Atlantic District Manager, where she directed sales and designed financial selling skills programs for vendor partners.
In 1985, Cynthia combined her knowledge and understanding of the learning process with her business skills and formed Francis Group LLC. As president, she and her staff provided clients with custom-designed organizational improvement programs that added to bottom-line results. In 2005, Cynthia brought her expertise of the learning and custom-designed training process to Infinity Learning LLC. She is a co-owner and Vice President and oversees all training.
Cynthia teaches several management and communication courses on ground and online in the MBA and MA programs at The University of Phoenix, PA Campuses. She has taught Management Communications in the MBA program at Philadelphia University and she has lectured at Villanova University, Eastern University and Ursinus College. |
